Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges for items that meet the following criteria:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must be in their original packaging with tags still attached (if applicable).
- Non-returnable items: Gift cards, personalized items, sale items, and downloadable products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How to Return or Exchange an Item

Contact Us
Before returning any items, please contact us to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. You will need this RA number to return the item. -
Pack the Item
Once you have your RA number, securely package the item(s) you wish to return, ensuring that they are in their original condition with all tags and packaging. -
Ship the Item Back
After receiving your RA number, you can return the item(s) to us using the return address provided in your RA confirmation. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items). -
Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange request. If you’re requesting a refund, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.If you’re requesting an exchange, we will ship your replacement item as soon as the returned item is received and inspected.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the item reaches us safely.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [your email address] with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will provide a pre-paid return label for you and process a full refund or exchange, including shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame:
- Check with your bank or credit card company, as there may be processing delays.
- If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for another size, colour, or style, please follow the returns process and specify the new item you would like in your exchange request. Depending on availability, we will send the new item once the return is processed.
Sale Items
Sale or discounted items are only eligible for return or exchange if they are damaged or defective. Otherwise, they are considered final sales.
